Subject: 10.28.17 Saturday!

Good morning BT!  Home late from the CC meet, up early to now drive 90 minutes west for basketball games.  

So the meet...took 2nd.  We had it in the bag when at about mile 2.5 my 4th spot runner cramped up realllllly bad and dropped back places---uuughhh!!!  Lost by 5 points.  But..I did have three medal in the top 7 & these three worked their tails off all season so that is a huge win right there.  We're in great position to do well at State next Saturday!

Oh, workout today?  Not sure if I'll get to one!  Maybe later this afternoon when we get home from the games!  Have a good day!

Congrats on your CC runners!

I had a fun run today. 4 miles down the barton creek bed which is completely dry at the moment. I got to run in places that I normally never see because the creek is usually running. Very cool cliffs and I had to do a bit of rock scrambling around in there.
