It's more mathematically derived from all your workouts synced to TP, so if the data is not good over time, you get biased results.
If segments cut out, the sycn wasn't perfect for EVERY workout, it could cause issues.
In theory it's a good number, but you have to review every workout and make sure the data is accurate.
I personally like the stand alone fitness test that allows a lot more certainty and ignore the TP LTHR. |
