Subject: Newbie who's smashing fears I've always hated running with a passion, struggled to keep up consistent and disciplined exercise and my 2 biggest fears have always been deep dark water and the cold.. But I'm sick of being limited by the stories I hold about myself and after smashing my fear of the cold (thanks to Wim Hof ) I've been determined to keep going to see what else I can transform. And I don't do things in halves so.. I thought I'd just go after doing a half ironman at the end of November.
I'm not totally unfit and I would consider myself at almost optimal health, so with 35 weeks to go and a steady plan I think it's doable.. Right? Please tell me if you think I'd be pushing it!
