Subject: Sunday Runday 8-18-19
Howdy gang.

Took off for a long run this afternoon and made it 7.2 miles in when I remembered I had a conference at church to be at. Luckily, I was right around the corner and was able to make it in time to freshen up a bit.

94 degrees or so during the run, good heat acclimatization.

Sounds like something I would do. 

Note To self:  I have a conference at the church on Thursday evening. Don't go running after work in the 94 deg F heat.
