5 mile run this evening for me. 1 mile warm up, 3 miles progressively harder than the previous, 1 mile cool down.
I’m feeling pretty good this week. I was expecting to be a little sluggish after my half marathon run Sunday, but i hit some fast sprints on the bike last night and some fast splits tonight during the run. |
