6:00 AM - 30 minute bike trainer ride. The main set was 4x5' @ 90% FTP w/ 30" RI.
These were a little bit more manageable than the 1x20' @ 20% FTP I did two days ago. It still amazes me that I was doing twice these workouts without batting an eye two months ago. It is going to be a slow build for the rest of the winter to get back to race-ready.
