I started off the work week with a 65' threshold bike trainer session at 5:45 AM. I did 5x5' at 100% FTP w/ 2' RI followed by 10' big gear woork at 50-65 RPM and 80% FTP.
4 1/4 miles of recovery after last nights race pace session. The Z2 stuff is starting to pay off where I can hit it hard twice a week and still get in another 4-5 runs without feeling beat up. HR is staying nice and low on my easy runs as well.
