Subject: 03.11.2020 Hump Daaaaay!

I got in a 60-minute trainer ride this morning.  It felt very easy compared to Monday's 60-minute ride.  Instead of doing 23 minutes of VO2Max I did 23 minutes of Sub Threshold work and instead of doing 15 minutes of Tempo work at a cadence of 55 I did 8 minutes of sprints at 55 RPM. It makes a big difference how you ride the bike.

Fast 8 miles on the dirty streets surrounding Milwaukee Airport. Today was a lunch run, which is not usually my strength. it worked out fine today with nice fast miles, getting faster through the end of my run.
