Subject: Garmin syncing update In case you aren't following the support thread:
Garmin migrated to a different version of their syncing mechanism and they told us ahead of time.
We worked with them to make the transition smooth, but still there was an issue.
Currently (as of Monday 5p Eastern ) NEW workouts are syncing.
Please check back in two days to make sure your previous workouts from last week have "caught up" - we are using Garmin's tool to bring in the past seven days.
If you don't see them in two days, please let us know and we will individually get them for your account. |
