Event warmup:

No warm up really. Just tried to stay warm and then shed my sweats about 10 minutes before race time and ran into Mark at the starting line.

Comments:

Felt pretty good the whole time. I had a little trouble keeping a good pace up the hills but other than that I felt good. I got passed by three guys in the last two miles and was able to catch and pass two of them before the finish.
