Subject: Help...which plan should I choose?I just completed the wildflower triathalon in california. It was my first race ever. I did the olympic distance and finished right around 3h 20m. I did the swim in 38m, the bike in 1h 30m and the run in 1h. It was a lake swim, a hilly ride, and an almost 6 mile uphill run. I would like to compete in another triathalon towards the end of september and blow my first time out of the water. This olympic course is an ocean swim, a relatively flat ride where there is always a moderate headwind, and an almost flat run. I'd like to incorporate some weight training into my routine this time if possible. Which program would you reccommend? |
