Subject: Swim/bike only plans?It's looking like it's going to be at least another couple of weeks (at best ) until I'm running again. I've been splitting the time between swimming and running and just alternating days, but I was wondering if there's any swim/bike only plans floatin around out there that could help me out? I'm definitely a plan driven person, so even something small to get me through the next couple of weeks would be a huge help! I'm sure I could mess w/a sprint program and take out the runs and add swim time, but I'm no good at that! Any thoughts?  |
