Subject: New training Plan good or bad?I can not swim till I can afford to join a y or something.
So here is my plan to strengthen uppper boddy for swiming, but I think I have to combine it with leg.
I am looking at doing High reps with low weight on pull downs high duration of time.
Squats low reps and have not decided the weight probably medium.
Does any one have any thoughts on weight for pull downs compreable to the water density? I am tinking fourty pounds.
