NONE.I felt like crap all day and did not make up my mind to run until 30 minute before the race. It started at 3 which was nice.st

NO run when I was sick.

Walked around talked to coworkers.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I have been sick all week. I just ran a half marathon last week and my fat body all played factors in my dissapointing time.

Event comments:

Race started late because of so many last minute registrations. Everyone must have decided at the last moment to run since it was so nice out. First race where the had xxl tshirts.

Way to go though. Isn't it nice to do a "throwaway," race like a 5K when most people can't even jog down the block?
