For this weekend I am thinking of a long ride (40-100 miles) bricked with a short (5k) run on Saturday, and then a long run 2 - 2.5 hours for Sunday. I am considering the bike on Hines or at either ILRA or Willow/Lower Huron/Oakwoods metropark(s). The run... Kennsington is always a safe bet for me however I wanna try to hook up with Trish so it will be up to her if our schedules work.

I am going down Saturday and meeting some Ohio buds to picnic and drink wine. My friend Ginny is doing her first tri. Unless my yoga and PT for my calf carries over into tri training, this will be like my first one. No training in more than a month. I feel like a tri-virgin again. |

Looks like 70% chance of storms in the AM. Looks like I'll be sticking closer to home and either running, cleaning, or working on the jeep. |

I am going to be at the lake on Goddard road, about a .5 mile east of Durand road. I should be there by 2pm. If it does not rain what time are you all thinking about going? |
