Subject: RE: 03/19/04 Friday!!!Patti and I are off to the club as per usual. Had a cramp in my right calf muscle during the treadmill yesterday. I did a "simulated tri" during the workout, running for 30 minutes on the tread, then 30 minutes on the bike trainer, and back to 15 minutes on the tread again. I think I'll ease off today, some easy spinning on the bike, lift some weights, concentrating on arms and shoulders, since I don't have any swimming facilities.
