Folks- Never before in the history of New Berlin has the Hills of New Berlin been attempted 3 times. At 2900 feet of climb or thereabouts per loop, it serves as ample preperation for the task at hand for Ironman. On August 15th, I am thinking of making this 126 mile trek my final PITA bike workout and would like to see if any takers. If we get enough peeps, maybe we can con someone into being course support, though the course starts and end from the Princeton Club so you can fill bottles and pee if your bike is too precious and what not. Want to do one loop? Sure, why not! Two looper? Okey dokey. Just figured I would see what kind of interest since its a little more convenient than trekking out to the MOO loop for Milwaukee Donks (I am hoping to hit that Aug 1st anywho). The more the merrier, we can group up by speeds accordingly etc, etc.
Would love to join, but out of town and that is my long run weekend - but those who are interested (hijack) Jeanne and i are having four possible dates for IMTraining Days - in 2007 some of us did this 3 weeks out, we are doing this August 1 and 2, and August 22 and 23. It will be a 3500-400 swim with a 90+ bike ride and 3-5 mile run - steady pace, not a race. We are open to anyone who is interested - even candied nuts

pendlek - 2009-08-10 12:00 PM What time are you kicking off? If you kick off early enough, I should be game for at least one loop. Wifey wants to get to the gym as well.
does 5 or 530 sound good for peeps? Again, if you only want to do one or two loops more than welcome to join in the fun. I would say each loop would take about 220-230ish so can get some reasonable ETAs back to the loop off the start time.

5, 5:30...whatever it takes...
lets call it 515 wheels out then since that usually means 520. so, 2nd loop should probably depart about 745, third at 1010 including bottle fill ups etc (assumes no flats, etc etc).
