Subject: SEPTEMBER Focus (on anything/everything) ChallengeLove those peachy folks, but not quite what I need this month (I need T.I.T.S. Really big T.I.T.S. ). This is a Focus, One Goal challenge. However, if you wanted to combine (let's say ) all three sports, your "one goal" could be 24 training sessions. Or add up your minutes or distance and let it be 1000 minutes of training. If you're interested, post--I'll figure out teams (if necessary ), goals, spreadsheets later. I figure I'll leave this challenge and goal-stating open for the first week of September. |
