Its Friday--I'm bored.

I knew I could count on you to start this, TriComet.  I was gonna do it myself if you didn't get off your butt.  It's not like you're working or anything!

I am so freaking bored and totally do NOT want to be here.  My boss is off today, I have my work all caught up (and done in advance, queen worker bee that I am) in anticipation of my vacation next week - and I have a million and one things I should be / could be doing to get ready to leave for RAGBRAI tomorrow morning.  Instead I am stuck here - whine whine whine - so the least someone can do is entertain me!

I was in a meeting from 10-noon...DAMMIT!!!!  Grrrrrrrrrrr'ing now.

Work related websites....isn't BT work related??  I LOT of WORK goes into training and learning that stuff on here, along with bike maintenance....including everyones favorite of how to  change a tire. 

That would depend on if you are changing that tire alone or if you have good help 

You're welcome, however, I should have started it at 9am when I got bored then.

I'm her evil twin, logged on in her name. Or whats the other name...split personality. Party Comet only comes out once every couple months. She's still recovering from the 4th of July slip n slide incident.

An oldie but a goodie - just for you Tricomet...

Three college freshmen wanted to join a fraternity which only accepted wrestlers. They gathered at the frat house on initiation night.

"First of all," said the fraternity president, "you must prove to us how fit you are, how strong you are, and how resourceful you are. To do this, you must run two miles, scale a fifteen foot wall and swim across a twenty foot moat. This will get you into the animal enclosure at the zoo. You will then takedown, armlock, and pin the largest gorilla in the zoo. After this, you must find the most beautiful girl on campus, seduce and satisfy her in every way."

The initiation started. The first twisted his ankle during the run and dropped out. The second fell off the wall into the moat, nearly drowned and had to be pulled out.

The third however forged on, and entered the gorilla's cage.

The walls of the cage themselves seemed to bulge and shake. There were grunts and groans, and the frat boys looked at each other in trepidation wondering if they should intervene. Eventually the young man staggered out, his school tie round his forehead, his shirt tattered, with a beatific expression on his face.

"Wow," he muttered, "that was something else.  OK, so where is this girl that you want me to takedown, armlock, and pin?"
