That weekend is the provincial club thingy
When I spoke to Matt it was just an effort to get people from the area to come together and have an outlet to meet/train/and be social...get some cool tri apparel for cheap and become a member of OAT ...this also gets you a reduced cost on OAT sanctioned events.
You could always go and get some info ... I thought about it - but we have a good crew here in Chatham that I've been swimming with and I think the Decaf ride might run tomorrow...

If you do the decaf ride, you should just come by after......the bar is just a couple blocks to the west on the same street.
Nice looking tri suit. They should be ready before the Belle River race.
We discussed all of the rules required for all of the group training that is going to take place. OAT has alot of stipulations such as having so many Life gaurds per group of ppl along with markers, kayaks etc. They have to carry some liability stuff for group rides and runs. We were also asked for suggestions about what we expect for group training etc.
The club really does not know what they are going to do yet, will really depend on what the membership wants to get out of it. The uniforms will be cool to wear at races and will show people that you are from the Windsor area.
I still think that our BT (free) club will get2gether for group training. Cedar Beach has been a great meeting place for many of us.
It was nice to have a few beers and hang with other Tri people for the night.
FYI - they are having Bike Clinic tonight at 6:15 at the Windsor Sportsman Club. They will do some training on bike maintenace and then do some loops around the park.
They will have club registration forms with them if you are interested in signing up.
