Is there a way when you're looking at someone's blog you could have a link to send them a PM? Several times I don't want to post a "inspire me" msg to the person for whatever reason but would rather answer/inspire them in a PM and can't easily do it when looking at their logs.

You can do this in two clicks: click on their name on the right hand side of the form (just above their avatar if they have one), and this will bring you to their statistics. From there you can send a pm directly.
I haven't found a single click way to do it, though.

interesting...i will add it to the list...the thing shrike mentioned was just done last 2 weeks - ie, the username is hyplerlinked to the profile...

i hope to redesign the blogs in spring/summer 2005 - lots of stuff to make it more functional but not be messy...
