Comments: My foot did not hurt during the run, but really hurt afterwards, started with Dre and Tammy - was dropped by both. This was my first run since the Peachtree on the 4th of July. What would you do differently?: Just a test for the foot - it is not ready for runnning. Post race
Warm down: A chiropractor office was offering free stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: Weight, not running, torn tendon in foot, etc. Event comments: My buddy got two t-shirts by accident, we are sending one to my brother in Kuwait, I was hoping the foot would do better, so it looks like a lot of time on the bike trainer this winter.
