Subject: Need Help with finding a plan!
So I am getting used to the log and am starting to like it! I am having trouble finding a plan that suits me best. The timings on the bronze 20 week swim focused plan is great but there are no workouts or guidance, and I'm also finding that it is to light. I feel I can go 6 days and only have 1 recovery day, I need more intensity I suppose. So I am looking at some of the silver plans that come with my membership but they are a bit beyond my abilities. I am training for my first triathlon and it is an olympic distance. I feel like I fall in between the two areas. My race is July 20th.. Any advice?

In what way do you think the Beginner Olympic - 8 Week plan is beyond your abilities? The minimum requirements for that plan are that you should be able to swim 500 yards consecutively / bike 15 mile consecutively / run 3 miles consecutively.

Your target race is 15 weeks away, so you could take 7 weeks from one of the higher volume Bronze Olympic plans to start and then segue into the 8 week Silver plan.

Or even take the last Seven weeks of a Sprint Silver plan for the workout details, then transition into the Beginner Oly-8 week.
