Subject: What is "Helmet on, suit off at same time?"

In the RR, in the T1 section, there is a Y/N dropdown labeled "Helmet on, suit off at same time?"

What does this mean?  Does it mean I take my wetsuit off with one hand and put the helmet on with the other, or does this apply to only those of us with three arms?

heh!  I interpreted it as putting the helmet on with your hands (of course) while stepping on the wetsuit and pulling your feet out.

For me, it's too hard to coordinate the two things, so I don't try (or waste time by attempting)

wow, I bet that saves a lot of transition time.

how long does it take to put on your bike helmet? 3 or 4 seconds?
