Subject: rearranging plan

Is there any way of rearranging the training plan.

Ex. I would like to make the long runs on Monday instead of Sunday and shorter run on Wednesday. Do my Swimming and biking on the weekends. Change the rest days for tuesday and Fridays.  This way it fits my schedule for the whole 20 weeks.

Not all at once.  Though we are finishing a new feature allowing one-step full plan customization.

Two options you have now:

  1. Import the plan but see if you can 'stagger' it up or down a few days so it fits your schedule better.
  2. Once a week, say on Sundays, go to only the upcoming week of the plan and use the 'copy/move/delete' tool to move around the days needed.

    This way, it will only take you a few minutes a week to customize the upcoming week instead of trying to do the entire plan at once.  *You can go through the whole plan or a month at a time to customize, it just takes a bigger chunk of time upfront.
