Need Help Posting Album Photos

Ok, I know it shouldn't be so hard. What the heck does one have to do to easily post photos to an album?????????

Nearly every photo I have is to big to post, is there an easy way to do a bunch of photos at one time and post in an album? I know plenty of folks that post multiple photos pretty quick.

At the rate I'm going I'll be here forever trying to figure this crap out and can't figure out how some folks have tons of albums with tons of photos and actually have jobs.

I've used Shrinkpictures.com and now can't even find them on my computer to post.

Please tell me there's an easy way. The help files for BT aren't real helpful or I'm not finding the info I need.
