Subject: Patriot Half
Anyone out there that was supposed to race Patriot Half this weekend? Frist time I've ever seen a whole race cancelled like that! I have 2 clients that were supposed to race, what a bummer for a big race like that!!

I was supposed to do this race.  It was going to be my first 70.3 race.  So, I am quite disappointed.  Luckily, they cancelled it before I left for Virginia this morning (just barely).  But they aren't refunding the entry fee, so I am out that $150.  I did get into another race here in NC next weekend.  So, hopefully the other storms in the Atlantic won't hit us next weekend.

Yes, I was signed up for this race also. This was to be my first half. I am very disappointed, but I understand the difficulty the race directors were up against.
