Subject: Mary/Tri Training QSo I am planning on running a full mary in April of 09. My question is; should i be able to complete a Full Mary with the proper training if I am curently only running 10K's? I am planning on doing the 20 week plan on here (unless someone has a better suggestion ). I have heard of a lot of injuries coming from training for these and that is my worry.
Second part: how do you maintain or improve your Tri base while training for a marathon? I am planning on racing in a tri, later on in the year after the marathon and I am worried about losing ground from where i already am in tri training...
All help is welcomed if you can make sense of this rambling...
