Subject: Mounting Garmin on Bike - what bracket system?

I already have a Forerunner 305 and am going to purchase the cadence thingy and a bracket to mount the watch on my bike.  Since I run (obviously), I will need a quick release one.  Is there any that are better than the others?

Also, do you keep it on your bike during a triathlon?? Are you allowed to run with them on??

 Thanks!

I don't think you have many options to be honest with you.  Garmin makes a quick release that comes with the bike mount for around $25 that works fine.

Yes, they are legal to run with.

I've got the Garmin quick release kit seen in the link below and it works great.  The wrist strap is more comfortable than the one that comes standard on the Garmin.  I did NOT have luck with the cadence sensor, though.
