Subject: Training Plan - HELP!

When I have "strength traing" days it also specifies "core" 1,2 or 3. Where do I find out what excersize(s) this is referencing. I really want to get the most out of this plan but feel like I'm missing some good information.

If you go to the big 'Programs' button at the top and click, you will then see a bunch of important links to plan info before the plan listing, strength and core being in the top right:
