Subject: What if I don't have a Garmin?
Everytime I post a workout, I get a pop-up asking me if I want to upload from my Garmin. Do I really have to see that everytime I post a workout, or is there some way to tell the log "don't ask me anymore?"

The Garmin Communicator plugin must be installed on that computer. Remove it using "Add/Remove Programs" in your Windows Control Panel and the message will stop.
