Subject: Training Plan - Sprint Basic - Where is the CORE?

Not sure if this is the right group - please bump if not.

Just curious about the CORE workouts mentioned in this training plan?  It says several times to include CORE 1, 2 or 3 at the end of a workout.  Where is the info for these CORE workouts?

You can find it again by going to the main 'Programs' button and you will see a 'Strength and Core' link before the training plans start listing.
