Subject: OTTAWA - Looking for swim partner 7am Plant Bath (Near Booth and Somerset)

Hi, Im new to Ottawa (and BT, just moved here from Victoria BC) and im looking for a swim partner for morning swims.
I have always (well, ever since I jumped into a pool a few years ago) been a terrible swimmer, and since separating my shoulder in a bike accident last september I can't say that I have improved.
I would really like to have someone to go with (and make me go) to the pool a few mornings a week, I live near plant bath but would go to other pools downtown too.
Also looking for people who are into doing lunchtime rides/runs around Sussex drive.
If anyone is interested let me know!

I am ALWAYS looking for day time training partners. I actually swim at Plant, best pool in the city IMHO.
But....ummm......your version of morning and my version of morning may be different..........

How about open water? I am going to Meech lake on a regular basis now.
