Cant open Inspires?

Subject: Cant open Inspires?
When I click on a inspire in the training log or from user information Vista closes internet explorer. I get this message. Windows IE has closed.  The program has caused windows IE to shutdown.

We haven't made any changes to that lately. It's a very standard new window command. Have you tried rebooting your computer?

Yes I rebooted it says it is a problum with the website I guess that is better than saying a problum with windows.
