Subject: Forearm location for aero barsI just bought some Profile T2 clip on aero bars and I'm not sure where my forearms should be on the pads. If I rest my elbows on them it is less strain on my arms, but my stroke gets choppy and less efficient. If I rest the meat of my forearms on them my stroke is fine, but my arms hurt from the fulcrum effect (? ). An aero bike fitting would be the best answer but I don't have the budget for that at this point. Any suggestions? |
