Has anyone ever used an endless swim?  How much do they cost?  Is is easy to install etc?

I used one on a cruise ship once. It was so slow that I had trouble staying horizontal. I can see that it could be very cool, though.

I've seen them and they sound pretty cool.  Trainer for swimming, pool to cool down after a bike or run, and a hot tub in the winter.  Seems like a pretty good all in one solution to me.  I wonder if the 'speed' is adjustable on some models.
