Sugoi women's apparel

I'm looking at purchasing a pair of the Sugoi RS cycling shorts from Coloradocyclist.com.  I've heard some really good things about this particular short, so I'd like to give it a try.  I've never worn or even tried on any Sugoi clothing...and was wondering if their stuff runs true to size?  All of my PI shorts are mediums, so would I be safe in going with a medium in the Sugoi?  Or is it recommended to size up in this line of apparel?  Thanks!
