Okay, so what does one expect after a race? I didn't expect to be so freaking tired. And hungry. Any pointers? How soon should I do the next one? When can I not be tired anymore? Any tips on diet that may help?
Truly varies from person to person, based on many factors (training level, etc). I think you'll be fine in a few days. Lots of protein and some carbs may help your body recover too! Congrats on your race.
