Subject: need training plan advice for time trialI am doing the biking leg on a relay team in a sprint triathlon at the end of September. The bike portion is 15 miles.
I will be completing my first HIM August 23rd (i'm doing the entire thing ) but after that I am basically done for the season other than the relay on Sept 26th. This means that I will have 4 weeks from the HIM to recover, build, and taper. My goal for the ride is to go REALLY hard and PR.
Can anyone give me some advice as to what to do on the bike during those 4 weeks? I can ride up to 5 days/week if necessary. |
