Subject: Tugaloo Course Ride either 8/15 or 8/16
If anyone would like to ride the Tugaloo course this weekend let me know.  I will be out there all this weekend.  Following the ride will be a sailboat ride with my favorite buddies: light, heavy, and select (those are beers ).  Let me know which days you can come if you can.  I'll probably be riding both days.  Or riding one day and running the other.

I know there are a lot of other workouts this weekend, so it won't hurt my feelings if you are not able to make it, more beers for me.

I would love to go sailing.  I would even do that tough Tugaloo course to get to go sailing. 

Unfortunately, I have to go take care of my Mom on the weekends nowdays.  Keep me in mind when you go sailing though.

Be careful on that bike course. It is crowded and a pain on race day - I'm assuming it is worse during regular times...
