Any thoughts or ideas would be very much appreciated.
Note: Logs are up to date, if that makes a difference. I'm not sure how long the Challenge is but I would rest 2 days before the event and then do a light workout (15 minutes or so ) the day before to make sure everything is alright with your bike. I'm not sure that you need to do more than that. If you want, you could follow your regular training but cut back on the volume while keeping the intensity. Ernie |
