Hi Friends,

I just wanted to note that a great guy and good friend of mine, Manny Comstock, just became an IRONMAN in Wisconsin last weekend! I just wanted to let him know that his story is so inspiring and I am fired up to become an Ironman myself in November down in Arizona.

MANNY YOU ARE AN IRONMAN!
