Subject: new to BT logs - equip question
In the equipment used field of the training log it isn't showing me any of the equipment i have entered. how do i make it show up?

also the only equip listed on the side under equipment is what i have done a review for. i don't want to review every pair of shoes i run in but i need to track mileage and usage of shoes and which bike i am riding.

how do i enter new equip just for my log - without doing a review?do you have to pay for these features?

Hi Bruce,

Everything associated with the Equipment tracker is free.  To get it to show up in your log do the following:

Settings -> Training Log Settings -> Equipment Tracker

Click "Add an Item"

The "Equipment" block on the right side of your blog is a remnant of the original equipment list we had. It isn't hooked into the tracking functionality.

We're in the process of upgrading everything having to do with equipment so that the Gear Reviews and Equipment Tracker will be tied in together, but you won't be required to do a review for each item.

Does anyone know the typical lifespan of a wetsuit?

How about a TT bike? I kinda feel that my bikes with proper maintenance will last forever ( I had a 1950's tandem and a 1978 cruiser) - I know I need tires and maintenance but I don't know about the whole bike. .

Do people kinda put a "how long do I want to keep it" bike life or what?

As a long time runner I have the shoe life figured out. (1 out of 3 ain't bad-right?)
