You have a word like "Training" or "work" and the word is green and underlined and when you hover the mouse over the word a sponsor popup window appears.

UPDATE:  I'll check my IE and see if there is something going on, and then verify with Firefox.  This maybe on my end.

Found the culprit.  I think it came from FaceBook and running an app that involves "GameAdvance".  I uninstalled that.  Appears to be better now.
