Comments: It was a fun run...raining lightly so that made it REALLY nice compared to last year's sunny and 70. What would you do differently?: I needed to train a little more than I did (I hadn't really run since the Pillar Mountain ride/run)...  Post race
Warm down: I waited for then helped Mike and Lisa (both up from Kodiak)...they both ran the full marathon...Lisa's 2nd-3:58 and Mike's 1st-3:41... What limited your ability to perform faster: I needed to train more... Last updated: 2005-05-12 12:00 AM

I picked up Mike and Lisa and took them to the start of the full marathon (it started at Bartlett HS). I hung out with them until they started then drove down to catch the start of my race.
