Subject: help me with the challenge: I need help with numbers:
I have about 8 hours a week to spend
I don't need to swim much b/c I'm pretty decent at it, and another min off the swim time means nothing compared to 5 on the bike. I'm thinking 5k/week (much less than my usual 40k )
I haven't biked in ages, and my workouts aren't more than 1hr. I used to be able to do a 200k week when I biked only. I'm thinking 80k/week.
