Subject: Beginners Swimming ProgramI'm about to enter the transition phase from half-marathon training to off-season "learn how to swim correctly" training, so I'm looking for an off-season program that's about 4 months long or so, which will take me to the beginning of my Olympic 26-week 2 race program which starts in mid-February. The Beginners Swimming Program months 2-5 looks great, but can you import it into the training logs, or do I have to do it all manually? I thought of doing the Winter Maintenance SWIM FOCUSED but it's got crazy time commitments, and this is the off-season! Thanks! |
