how do we post pictures in inspire comments?  Is it just the normal html codes? or is it only reserved for those who have a bronze membership and up?..thanks

You can use either an html or BBSCode img tag.  There's no restriction by membership.

You can use the following, but remove the two underscores, and apply your picture URL between the quotes -
<img_src="ht_tp:// code here">
