It seems that my planned training may have shifted and my actual training for each particular sport occured on the "wrong" day even though I was actually following the plan last week. (For example, Wednesday says a bike session was planned, but last week it was listed as a run and I completed a run which now says I missed a bike session.)
This makes sense because when I logged in yesterday my planned workouts for this week were all messed up. I had altered the days that the workouts were to occur and copied it into my training book at home. When I went online yesterday my training this week online and in my book didn't match anymore. I moved everything around again online to put it back the way I wanted it. Maybe this also happened to last weeks plan, which is what caused the actual vs planned mess up.
I will pay close attention to my changes for the next couple of weeks and let you know if it happens again.
