Subject: Fast Trax 100km Ultra
Going to do my first Ultra this June 18th with the Fast Trax 100km Ultra. I have 30 yrs of running experience of 10km to 50km running weeks. Anybody have a good training plan to get me to finish the 100km Ultra?
